jombet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, where jombet88 reasonably believes any of the following circumstances exist:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged or misleading identity or payment documentation.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion or cheating.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, jombet88 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, verified outstanding balances will be returned via the User's registered payment method subject to standard processing conditions.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jombet88 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
